Lumiforma provides an AI-powered architectural rendering platform that transforms images, sketches, and designs into photorealistic visualizations. The Service includes web-based tools for uploading, processing, and downloading rendered images.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain all rights to the images and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Lumiforma a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the rendering service.

The rendered outputs generated by the Service based on your User Content are owned by you, subject to the terms of your subscription plan. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and upload any content to the Service.

The Service itself, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Lumiforma and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and credit allocations are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase.

You agree not to use the Service to: upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content; violate any laws or regulations; infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; use the Service for any purpose other than its intended use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rendered outputs will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumiforma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumiforma operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
